Mr. Fahrman is Head of Emerging Market Fundraising, overseeing capital raising for the Firm’s emerging markets strategies. He joined Cerberus in 2020, having previously served as Head of Marketing and Business Development for Warlander Asset Management. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Fahrman was at Carlyle Group, where he was the Chief Risk Officer and primary marketing executive within its Emerging Sovereign Group. Prior to Carlyle, he was a Portfolio Manager at Graham Capital and separately, Sandell Asset Management, investing in emerging market sovereign credit, currencies, local rates, and corporate credit products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fahrman was an Emerging Market Bond Trader at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. He graduated from Villanova University and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
