Mr. Glynn serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Cerberus. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, he spent over twelve years in senior legal roles within Barclays’ Investment Banking and Markets groups.
Most recently, Mr. Glynn was Global Co-Head and Americas Head of Securitized Products Legal, where he was responsible for covering a wide range of complex products across origination, financing, underwriting, and trading. He was also lead investment bank counsel on the launch of the Firm’s principal student loan ABS, credit card ABS, CMBS, and RMBS issuance platforms, implementing technical legal analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
Mr. Glynn is active in mentoring individuals and while at Barclays, won awards for his citizenship work, which included tutoring disadvantaged students, assisting domestic abuse victims, and providing pro bono advice to those in need.
Mr. Glynn began his career as an associate in the capital markets group at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
Mr. Glynn is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Michigan Law School.
