With over $24 billion of investment capacity, including more than $18 billion of assets under management, CBF primarily provides financing solutions to private equity-sponsored companies in a wide variety of industries. Since its founding in 1995, CBF has completed loan transactions with over 1,000 borrowers and more than 265 private equity-sponsored clients, with the majority on a repeat basis.
Headquartered in New York with additional offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Dallas, and Chicago, CBF has approximately 75 dedicated investment and staff professionals, including fund finance, accounting and control, loan servicing, and legal personnel. CBF AUM, as well as CBF’s total investment capacity, are as of June 30, 2022. References to solely CBF AUM (as opposed to total Cerberus AUM) represent the fair value of investment assets plus cash and therefore differ from the calculations of AUM of the CBF lending platform used for purposes of total Cerberus AUM. References to CBF investment capacity include both amounts already invested and additional amounts available for investment, including leverage. CBF AUM includes the Loan Opportunities Strategy and Senior Credit Strategy, in which the Cerberus PNC Senior Loan Fund, L.P. invests exclusively (four SMAs participate in both the Loan Opportunities and Senior Credit Strategies).
