Mr. Paschalidis is a Managing Director and a senior team member for the Firm’s middle-market direct lending platform. In his role, he is responsible for direct origination of financing transactions, as well as the underwriting and management of loan portfolios. During his more than 12-year tenure with the Firm, Mr. Paschalidis has closed over 120 loan transactions, primarily addressing the financing needs of private equity sponsors.
Mr. Paschalidis joined Cerberus in 2007 from RBS Greenwich Capital, where he was a Vice President responsible for the origination, underwriting, and resolution of a debt portfolio. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Paschalidis was a Senior Underwriter and Portfolio Manager in the Energy Financial Services, Global Financial Restructuring, and Corporate Financial Services divisions of GE Capital.
Mr. Paschalidis is a cum laude graduate of Babson College.
