Mr. Ingersoll is Chairman of the Private Equity Investment Committee and a Senior Managing Director. From 2005 to 2018, he served as the Global Co-Head of Private Equity and during his 17 year tenure at Cerberus, has been central in leading the Firm’s Private Equity platform.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2003, he was a General Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at JPMorgan Partners, which has since been renamed CCMP Capital, for nine years. He began his professional career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking division. Mr. Ingersoll graduated from Brigham Young University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also serves as a member of the National Advisory Council at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
