Ms. Zhang serves as a Managing Director on the Cerberus Ventures team.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2024, she was a Principal at In-Q-Tel, the independent strategic investment firm supporting the missions of the Central Intelligence Agency and the broader Intelligence Community, where she focused on biotech and life sciences companies. Earlier, Ms. Zhang served at the Pentagon’s Defense Innovation Board and co-founded a software startup.
She holds a B.A. from Boston College and M.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
