Mr. Ferraro is a Senior Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group (“FIG”). He joined Cerberus in 2018 and leads the FIG team, overseeing Cerberus’ investments and operational activities in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Ferraro was at JP Morgan Chase & Co. for more than 15 years, most recently as the Head of Financial Analysis. As Head of Financial Analysis, he managed the company’s Financial Planning and Analysis team, as well as innovation efforts in the Office of the CFO, including the data science, estimation development, and automation groups. He also held various senior roles at JP Morgan Chase & Co, including as Treasurer of Chase Consumer and Community Banking, where he led asset and liability management for loans and deposits. He also served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Deputy Treasurer at Chase Consumer and Community Banking and led various pricing and valuation roles. Mr. Ferraro began his professional career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Ferraro graduated from the University of Washington.
