Ms. Alic is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. She joined Cerberus in 2023, following thirty years of professional experience across the aerospace, defense, high-tech, financial services, consulting services, and retail sectors.
Ms. Alic has held various CEO and Fortune 50 executive positions, including CEO of Res Novae Group; President and CEO of Insitu; senior strategic and business development roles for Boeing’s Global Services and Military Aircraft divisions; and SVP of Global Operations, Strategy and Programs at Adidas. Throughout her career, Ms. Alic has held operational oversight and managed the P&Ls of businesses with multi-billion-dollar annual revenues and supported a number of IPO, investment, and M&A activities. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Advisory Teams for several companies.
Ms. Alic received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University, where she has been honored as a distinguished alumnus, as well as an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
