Mr. Levitan is a Managing Director on the U.S. Real Estate team. He is responsible for the origination of Cerberus’ real estate investments in the Western U.S., including sourcing, underwriting, financing, and executing real estate transactions. He is also directly involved in the asset management of the Firm’s real estate property and portfolio investments.
Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Levitan worked at Affinius Capital, where he was responsible for origination activities in the Southwestern Region for the firm. Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Greg was a Vice President on the Structure Real Estate Group at Guggenheim Partners.
Mr. Levitan graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) and received an M.B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
