Ms. Gold serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Cerberus.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2023, Ms. Gold was a Managing Director and Senior Compliance Officer at Apollo Global Management. In her role at Apollo, Ms. Gold also served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Redding Ridge Asset Management, MidCap Financial Investment Corporation, Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund and Apollo Tactical Income Fund. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gold was an associate and then counsel in the litigation group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in New York, where she represented financial institutions, companies, and their boards of directors in government and internal investigations, as well as defended individuals and corporations in criminal prosecutions and regulatory enforcement actions brought by the DOJ, SEC, CFTC and other federal and state regulators.
Ms. Gold graduated from Cornell University and received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
