Mr. Dominguez is a Managing Director based in London. He is Head of European Financings and is responsible for Cerberus’ financing activities in Europe, primarily focused on loan-on-loan and real estate financings, refinancings, and restructurings. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2015, Mr. Dominguez was at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (“PBB”), where he focused on real estate finance, refinancing, restructuring, and work-out strategies. Prior to moving to PBB in 2012, he had spent most of his career since 2003 as a senior attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Madrid and London, which included a secondment to The Blackstone Group. Mr. Dominguez has a degree in law and finance from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
