Joseph P. Sciacca

Mr. Sciacca serves as Deputy General Counsel for Cerberus. In his role, Mr. Sciacca advises on general Firm matters, including special situations and global real estate, and he also provides counsel to Cerberus Technology Solutions on various legal matters. Mr. Sciacca joined Cerberus in 2006 and served as General Counsel for the Firm’s Real Estate platform until 2024, advising on global real estate investment, structuring, financing, and operational activities as well as general corporate matters. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Sciacca was an Associate in the Real Estate Department at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 1996 to 2006 where he worked extensively with Cerberus Real Estate and other Cerberus affiliates. Mr. Sciacca serves on the Board of Directors of the Dan Kelly Foundation, an organization committed to providing athletic opportunities for children of all ages and backgrounds. Mr. Sciacca graduated from Williams College and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from The New York Law School.
