Mr. Sciacca joined Cerberus in 2006 and is General Counsel for Cerberus Real Estate. He also serves as Senior Managing Director and Associate General Counsel for Cerberus.
The Cerberus real estate platform invests across asset classes, property types, and geographies, and in his role, Mr. Sciacca advises on global real estate investment, structuring, financing, and operational activities as well as general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Sciacca was an Associate in the Real Estate Department at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 1996 to 2006 and worked extensively with Cerberus Real Estate and other Cerberus affiliates.
Mr. Sciacca graduated from Williams College and received his J.D. magna cum laude from The New York Law School.
