Ms. Swords is the Interim Global Head of Human Resources for Cerberus and joined the Firm in 2007. In her role, she oversees human resource management and talent acquisition globally for the Firm and its affiliates.
Prior to her current role, she led U.S. Human Resources and global compensation for the Firm.
Ms. Swords is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia.
