Mr. Dowdell is a Managing Director of Capital Formation for the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Mr. Dowdell joined Cerberus in 2023 and brings 25 years of experience in capital fundraising, strategy, executive leadership, and investing across the high-tech, life sciences, non-profit, and public health sectors.
Mr. Dowdell most recently served as a Managing Director for Dalya Partners Consulting, a public health consulting firm specializing in business strategy, manufacturing, risk management, and supply chain management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dowdell was a Vice President at HBO where he held leadership roles in Business Development and Interactive Marketing.
Mr. Dowdell received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Management Systems Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
