Mr. Petrov co-leads Cerberus European Servicing (CES), the Firm’s proprietary asset management, property management, and loan servicing platform. CES supports Cerberus’ investments in real estate-owned assets, platform investments, and non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios across Europe. Mr. Petrov heads real estate asset management in Europe and APAC.
Mr. Petrov joined Cerberus in 2020 from Blackstone, where he played an integral role in the management of Mileway and Logicor logistics platforms, the two largest European private real estate transactions on record. Prior to his four-year tenure at Blackstone, Mr. Petrov was a Senior Vice President at Cerberus, responsible for real estate portfolios in Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and the Nordics. From 2007 to 2011, he worked at Morgan Stanley, focusing on acquisitions within the real estate investing group MSREF.
Mr. Petrov graduated from Imperial College London with a Master of Mechanical Engineering.
