Mr. Muehlbauer joined Cerberus in 2015. Mr. Muehlbauer has over 20 years of development and asset management experience across all asset classes.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Muehlbauer was a managing director of Bilfinger Argoneo Real Estate, the former German asset management platform of Morgan Stanley, from 2012 to 2015 and worked from 2009 to 2011 at Argoneo Real Estate GmbH before Morgan Stanely sold it to Bilfinger. From 2000 to 2008, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hexagon AG, where he was in charge of project development and asset management. Prior to that, Mr. Muehlbauer worked at Koellmann AG, where he started in 1996 and served as managing director from 1998 to 2000 heading the development business. From 1991 to 1996, he started his career as project manager of large scale construction projects.
Mr. Muehlbauer is a graduate of the University of Applied Science Mainz.
