Mr. Toscano is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and a Senior Managing Director at Cerberus. He joined the Firm in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing Cerberus’ financial operations, including trade processing and reconciliations, treasury, credit and liquidity risk management, fund trading compliance, loan servicing, collateral management, and business optimization. During his tenure at Cerberus, Mr. Toscano also served as Global Head of Valuations, where he led a team overseeing valuation processes across Cerberus’ structured credit, lending, real estate, private equity, and corporate distressed businesses.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Toscano spent over 20 years at Bear Stearns, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Global Fixed Income In that role, he was responsible for strategic planning and the day‑to‑day operations of the Fixed Income division, as well as overseeing financial management reporting.
Mr. Toscano graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Economics and Finance.
