Mr. Johnson joined Cerberus in 2016. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Johnson was a Vice President in the leveraged finance group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he focused on leveraged loan, high yield bond, and mezzanine debt financings since 2013. From 2010 to 2013, he worked in the leveraged finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. From 2006 to 2010, he worked at Plainfield Asset Management LLC, where he focused on distressed debt and direct lending opportunities.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Williams College and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
