Mr. Doshi is a Managing Director on the Real Estate Private Credit team.
Prior to joining Cerberus in August 2020, he spent over nine years at Deutsche Bank in the Real Estate Special Situations Group as a Managing Director. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Doshi was responsible for high-yield originations, and prior to that, he oversaw the acquisition of non-performing and performing loans portfolios. He also assisted the European team with distressed loan portfolio acquisitions during his time at Deutsche Bank.
From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Doshi was a Vice President at Matrix, an affiliate of real estate private equity firm Colony Capital, focused on distressed debt acquisitions and high-yield debt originations. Prior to Matrix, he was the Vice President of Corporate Finance for Colony Capital’s Gaming platform, Resorts International Casinos, focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio company restructurings.
Mr. Doshi began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia Securities. Mr. Doshi graduated Emory University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
