Mr. Zipf is a Managing Director for Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm’s middle-market direct lending platform.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2012, Mr. Zipf worked in the Capital Markets group of Cortview Capital Securities LLC, formerly a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus LLC. Previously, Mr. Zipf worked in the Leveraged Finance group of Cohen & Company LLC, and began his career in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.
Mr. Zipf graduated from Fordham University.
