Ms. Venkatraman is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. An accomplished executive with extensive experience in large companies as well as startups, Ms. Venkatraman brings expertise in AI, telecom networks, data strategy, and cloud strategy.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2024, Ms. Venkatraman served as the CTIO and CDO for the Americas region of Credit Suisse’s Investment Bank division, leading the data, technology, and change functions and managing a global team of technologists and data scientists. Earlier, she was the Senior Vice President and CIO of Verizon’s Network and Technology organization, leading the transformation of Verizon networks to become SDN/NFV-based and championing 5G technology. Ms. Venkatraman also serves on various boards and advises CEOs and enterprises on how to realize opportunities brought on by GenAI.
She holds a master’s degree in computer science and computer-aided engineering from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
