Mr. Falls serves as the Vice Chairman of Cerberus European Servicing (CES), the Firm’s proprietary asset management, property management, and loan servicing platform. CES supports Cerberus’ investments in real estate-owned assets, platform investments, and non-performing loan portfolios across Europe. Mr. Falls is responsible for leading the platform’s asset management and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2013, Mr. Falls spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley, serving most recently as European Head of Asset Management for Real Estate Investing. From 1997 to 2002, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), first within the private equity real estate Principal Transactions Group and then as Commercial Director of Sovereign Land, a CSFB real estate portfolio company. He also spent nine years in real estate commercial banking.
Mr. Falls graduated from Cambridge University.
