Mr. Kapur joined Cerberus in 2025 and is a Managing Director for Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm’s middle-market direct lending platform. Mr. Kapur is primarily focused on the development of private equity sponsor relationships, the origination, underwriting, structuring and negotiation of loan facilities and the oversight of the monitoring of a portfolio of loans.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Kapur was a Principal at Harvest Partners, where he helped establish the private credit business and was responsible for originating and underwriting new opportunities, as well as portfolio management and business development. Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Kapur was a Vice President at PennantPark Investment Advisers, where he focused on direct lending and opportunistic credit. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kapur was an Associate at Centre Lane Partners focused on opportunistic credit and private equity as well as an Analyst at Citi covering syndications and leveraged lending.
