Mr. Bilodeau joined in 2018 and is Head of Digital & eCommerce for Cerberus Technology Solutions, a subsidiary of Cerberus focused exclusively on leveraging emerging technology, data, and advanced analytics to drive business transformations. In his role, he also co-leads all client engagement activities and is responsible for all payments initiatives.
Mr. Bilodeau brings more than 20 years of experience in the digital marketing and technology sector. He has significant expertise in offline and digital customer acquisition, ideation, and product development across various industries. Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Bilodeau was the Chief Executive Officer of Synapse Group, an affinity marketing company that leverages powerful brands to deliver customized solutions that achieve its clients’ marketing objectives. He also led Bizrate Insights, a voice of consumer organization that works with 3,500+ online merchants. Both Synapse and Bizrate Insights are part of Meredith Corporation (formerly Time Inc.).
Mr. Bilodeau graduated from Middlebury College and received an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from New York University.
