Mr. Reisman joined Cerberus in 2015. As Deputy General Counsel, Mr. Reisman oversees a broad array of the Firm’s legal functions and firm activities, including its investments, corporate governance, executive compensation, fund matters, portfolio companies, and strategic transactions. Prior to his current role, Mr. Reisman served as Deputy General Counsel, Private Equity and M&A, for Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s operations platform. In that capacity, he was responsible for U.S. and cross-border private equity transactions and portfolio company matters.

From 2006 until 2015, Mr. Reisman practiced in the corporate group at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where he represented Cerberus and other private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. Mr. Reisman began his legal career in the corporate group at DLA Piper LLP.

Mr. Reisman graduated from Emory University and received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
