Yonggang Xue

Mr. Xue is a Managing Director on the Residential Opportunities team. In his role, he helped establish and launch Cerberus’ single-family rental (“SFR”) platform, which is now one of the leading SFR businesses in the United States. He assists in the ongoing management of the platform, including through quantitative research and analysis on economic, industry, and business data. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2011, Mr. Xue worked as a mortgage prepayment/credit modeler for Citadel and separately, The Midway Group. From 2004 to 2006, he worked at BlackRock, where he was a portfolio risk modeler. Mr. Xue received his PhD in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
