The company is a specialized anatomic pathology laboratory, which, through over 20 locations, provides diagnostics and testing information for the patients of its primary referral sources, including dermatologists, OB/GYN professionals, gastroenterologists, urologists, general surgeons, oncologists and over 60 hospitals.
In July 2014, Cerberus Business Finance agented a $220 million Senior Secured Credit Facility, proceeds of which were used to refinance existing debt, provide capital to finance future acquisitions and provide the company with ongoing working capital. In April 2015, Cerberus Business Finance agented an additional $40 million Delayed Draw Term Loan, which will be used to finance the acquisition of additional laboratories.
